A Day in a MiCasaSuCasa Build: Wall Installation
The team constructs the foundations of each interior wall by assembling equal length planks of wood and nailing them together.
After each wall is created, they are carried to the relative section of the home where they will be installed.
It is extremely important to study the floor plans of the home to confirm that each wall was made correctly and will be placed in the right location.
With a level, it is confirmed that the walls are perpendicular to the floor. They are all drilled into the concrete of the house's exterior.
In only a few hours, MiCasaSuCasa was able to construct and install all the interior walls of an affordable home!
After the build, we took a visit to our friends, Vladimir and Luisa, living in a home we helped to build months ago. Our work can provide lifelong impact for many deserving homeowners!
